Assets Overview

Assets is where your media files are stored and hosted. You can upload images and videos, then add them to any Playlist.

Access to asset uploading and how much storage you have depends on your plan — see Plans and feature availability for details.

Uploading Files

Go to Assets in the left-hand menu and click Upload. Select your files and wait for the upload to finish. Your files appear in the asset library and are ready to use.

Browsing Your Library

1. Go to Assets in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Upload and select your files.
3. Wait for the upload to finish. Your files appear in the asset library and are ready to use.

Filtering and Searching

Use the search bar to find assets by name. You can also filter by asset type using the filter options above the library.

Renaming an Asset

Click the pencil icon on an asset to rename it.

Deleting an Asset

Click the delete icon on an asset card. If the asset is in use, Panelicious will show you which Playlists and Layouts it appears in before you confirm. Click Delete anyway to remove it permanently. This cannot be undone.
